Raleigh brings 20 years of product management, marketing and product launch success in consumer, medical, and technology products to our client engagements.  He was a key player on the Procter & Gamble business team that developed Swiffer.  At Colgate-Palmolive, Raleigh was Brand Manager for a portfolio of OTC, professional, and pharmaceutical products.  He also has served as a business advisor to several other companies on initiatives such as the retail launch of Breath Rx.  Raleigh has held senior management positions at Stanley Healthcare Solutions, SafeScience, and Venture Technologies.

Raleight has held P&L and management responsibilities with some of Fortune’s Most Admired companies. His experience enables him to assess internal resources, identify gaps, and create effective programs and solutions.  He has a track record of meeting external challenges and driving for results to produce business growth.  

Focusing on key unmet customer needs as well as classic distribution, pricing, advertising, and portfolio management, Raleigh has turned around failing businesses despite tough competitive and market conditions. He is known for his leadership, vision, and ability to discern and prioritize key opportunities to produce results. 

Prior to joining Newlogic, Raleigh was active in medical technology product marketing with media interviews and authorship in several publications. Raleigh’s teams have developed and presented “Best in Show” business plans to top execs and investors, and have been responsible for more than 40 new product launches. The creation, funding, and spin-off of a medical product division for a well-established technology company is one of Raleigh’s current projects. 

Raleigh holds a BA from Saint Olaf College and received his Master’s Degree from Queen’s University in Canada.
