Primary research Newlogic conducted in conjunction with Babson College into the decision-making methodologies of the US's top innovators. Our research into R&D portfolio management and proposed revealed that today's R&D leaders appear to overlap on a number of very similar decision making metrics. Our report, published by PDMA concluded that these metrics can be used to increase the effectiveness new product development initiatives, improve business performance, increase throughput, better align with business strategy, raise WIP (work in progress) value, and support the investment in long-term innovation.
