New infographic called, “What’s the state of cloud computing for R&D packaging?” published.

BOSTON (Nov 09, 2011) – New research into Project Portfolio Management software vendors reveals the majority are providing cloud based solutions for PPM software. After reviewing 42 Project Portfolio Management (PPM) vendors, Newlogic discovered Cloud technology is extremely important to vendors, the market for PPM vendors targeting IT departments is mature, and R&D is an emerging market for innovation management.

Newlogic’s research discovered 83 percent of PPM vendors provide a cloud-based model to clients. The research also showed 86 percent of the 42 vendors target IT departments and 4 vendors focus on R&D professionals. The research is illustrated with an infographic called, “What’s the state of cloud computing for R&D packaging?”
